Lead sources. Six places, warm ones first.

Where SDR Pilot Finds Your Leads.

SDR Pilot (sdrpilot.ai) is an AI SDR from $97 a month that runs on your own LinkedIn account and can be driven by your own AI agent. It pulls people from six places on LinkedIn: incoming connection requests, profile viewers, people who engage with your posts, posts in your niche, people search and your own connections.

Most LinkedIn tools have one source: a search result or a CSV you uploaded. That is the coldest list available, and it is the same list everybody else is working. SDR Pilot treats the warm sources first, because a person who just viewed your profile or commented on a post in your niche is a different conversation from a stranger a filter produced.

The sources run in a priority order, which decides who gets the day's 20 requests when there are more candidates than budget. The order is yours to change, and each source can be switched off. Each one can also carry its own pass mark, so a profile viewer can qualify at a lower score than a cold search result.

Source one

1. Incoming connection requests

People who asked to connect with you. They are already interested enough to press the button, and most LinkedIn accounts have a backlog of them nobody ever reads. SDR Pilot opens each one's profile, scores it, accepts the ones that fit and opens the conversation. This is the highest priority source by default, and it costs none of your 20 daily invitations, because they invited you.

Source two

2. Profile viewers

People who looked at your profile and did nothing. Someone who read you and moved on has a reason for it, and a message that references what they were probably looking for often gets an answer. Profile viewers qualify at a lower default pass mark than a cold source, because the intent is already in the act of looking.

Source three

3. People who engage with your posts

Every like, comment and reaction on your own posts becomes a lead candidate. They chose to engage in public with something you said, which is about as warm as LinkedIn gets. SDR Pilot tracks your posts, reads the engagers, scores them and starts conversations with the ones who fit. If you post, this source compounds: the writing you were already doing turns into a pipeline instead of a vanity metric.

Source four

4. Posts in your niche

Not your posts. Other people's. SDR Pilot watches posts on the subjects your buyers care about and reads the people engaging with them. Someone arguing in the comments of a post about the exact problem you solve has told you what they are thinking about this week, and no filter in a search tool can produce that signal.

Source five

5. People search on your ICP

The classic source, done carefully. SDR Pilot searches on the titles, industries, company sizes and countries in your ICP. Searches are capped at 30 a day and 300 a month per sender, which is not politeness: a free LinkedIn account has a monthly commercial use search allowance, and burning it would stop search working for you personally in your own browser. Searches are paced across the month rather than spent in the first ten days.

Source six

6. Your own connections

The people already connected to you, most of whom you have never spoken to. SDR Pilot imports and researches them so they are scored and searchable alongside everything else. This source is research only: it never sends a connection request, because you are already connected. The import is paced at about a tenth of the daily read budget so it can never compete with a lead the agent is about to message.

After the find

What happens to a lead after it is found

The same thing whatever the source. The profile is opened and read in full, scored against your ICP, and either queued for a request or disqualified with a reason you can read. Leads themselves are unlimited on every plan. What is limited is what the sender does on LinkedIn in a day: 250 profile reads, 20 connection requests, 100 messages and 30 searches by default.

The word for reading a profile on this site is reading, not scraping. It is the same thing you do when you click somebody's name, done once per person, inside your active hours, from your own session, at a capped rate.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can SDR Pilot turn post engagers into leads?

Yes. It tracks your own posts, reads everyone who likes or comments, scores them against your ICP and starts conversations with the ones who fit. It does the same with posts in your niche that you did not write.

Does SDR Pilot do outreach to profile viewers?

Yes. People who viewed your profile are one of the six sources and one of the warmest. They qualify at a lower default pass mark than a cold search result, because the intent is already in the act of looking.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. SDR Pilot searches with the LinkedIn account you connect and does not integrate with Sales Navigator. Its 300 searches a month budget exists precisely to protect a free account's monthly commercial use allowance.

Can I upload my own list of leads?

The six sources are what the product works from today. Your own connections are imported and researched, but a cold CSV is not a lead source SDR Pilot builds around, because it has no engagement signal attached to it.

Can I turn a lead source off?

Yes, each one can be switched off, and the order they run in is a setting. The order matters because it decides who gets the day's 20 connection requests when the candidates outnumber the budget.

It Starts With a DM. The Agent Answers First.

SDR Pilot is allow-listed, so there is no checkout and no free trial. Send a DM on LinkedIn, the agent answers, and your account is set up from there. Plans start at $97 a month for one LinkedIn sender.
