Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and SDR Pilot.

SDR Pilot is registered in The Hague, the Netherlands. KvK number: 70562431. VAT number: NL002399377B14. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything about these Terms, your account or your bill.

One account, one workspace, and agency plans add client workspaces on top.

• Each account comes with one workspace. The Agency plan adds 10 client workspaces, with more at 27 each a month in your currency, and Agency Unlimited has no workspace limit.
• You keep your login details private and you are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do in it.
• The information you give us at signup must be accurate, and you keep it up to date.

Monthly plans in US dollars, billed by Stripe, with a 14-day free trial first.

• Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required at checkout, and nothing is charged before the trial ends.
• After the trial, Stripe bills you monthly in advance until you cancel. Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout.
• You can cancel any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We do not refund partial months.
• If we change a price, we tell you by email before it applies to your next billing period.

SDR Pilot acts on your LinkedIn account at your instruction, so how it is used is your responsibility.

SDR Pilot automates actions on LinkedIn, such as connection requests, messages and profile reads, on your behalf and at your instruction. You remain responsible for your LinkedIn account and for complying with LinkedIn's own terms. Every sender runs under daily safety caps, which we publish and which you cannot raise past their ceiling.

• No spam, and no messages to people you have no plausible business reason to contact.
• No illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive or discriminatory content.
• No use of the service to collect data for resale, or to target people in a way the law does not allow.
• No attempts to get around the caps, reverse engineer the service, or access another customer's data.

Messages are written by AI from the context you give it, and results are not guaranteed.

The agent writes messages and replies with AI, based on the business context and playbook in your workspace. You review that context and playbook, and you can change them at any time. AI can make mistakes, so check what it says on your behalf. We do not guarantee any number of replies, meetings, leads or sales.

Your leads and conversations are yours, and we process them only to run the service.

We process your LinkedIn data, your leads and your conversations to provide SDR Pilot to you, and for no other purpose. When you delete your account, we delete this data within 30 days. For lead and conversation data you are the controller and we are your processor. The Data Processing Agreement at /dpa/ forms part of these Terms for customers acting as controllers. How we handle your own account data is in the privacy policy at /privacy/.

We tell you 14 days before a new sub-processor handles your data.

The companies that help us run SDR Pilot are listed at /subprocessors/. Before a new sub-processor starts processing customer data, we email you at least 14 days in advance. If you object, email [email protected]. We will try to resolve it, and if we cannot, you may terminate the affected service without penalty.

Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused it.
• We are not liable for restrictions, limits, warnings or bans LinkedIn places on your account.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost opportunities.
• Nothing here limits liability that Dutch law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Either side can end the contract, and a paused account keeps its data.

• You can end the contract by cancelling your plan or deleting your account.
• We can end it with notice by email, or at once if you seriously breach these Terms.
• We may suspend an account for abuse, for breaking the acceptable use rules, or for non-payment.
• A failed payment or a cancellation pauses the agent and all outreach. Your data is not deleted until you delete your account.

We email you about material changes, and Dutch law governs these Terms.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we email you before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If you keep using SDR Pilot after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes go to the competent court in The Hague.
