The AI providers are the ones the DM Champ engine may route requests to.

SDR Pilot runs on the DM Champ conversation and AI engine (OneGlimpse B.V.). The AI and speech providers in the list above are every provider DM Champ may route requests to, the same list DM Champ publishes for its own customers, so a routing change never adds a company you have not seen here. Processing that DM Champ does on its own infrastructure is covered by the OneGlimpse B.V. row above. Which provider handles a given request depends on how requests are routed at that moment, which is why each AI provider carries the same purpose line.

Standard Contractual Clauses cover every transfer out of the EU.

SDR Pilot itself is hosted in Germany. Where a sub-processor processes data outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States or Singapore, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The dedicated proxy for each sender sits in that sender's own country, so its location depends on where the LinkedIn account is based.

14 days notice by email before a new sub-processor sees customer data.

1. Before a new sub-processor processes customer data, SDR Pilot emails every customer at least 14 days in advance and updates this page.
2. To object, email [email protected] before the date in the notice.
3. If the objection cannot be resolved, you may terminate the affected service without penalty, as set out in the Terms.

Removing a sub-processor we no longer use needs no notice. We simply take it off this page.
