Comparison. Prices checked 15 September 2026.SDR Pilot (sdrpilot.ai) is an AI SDR from $97 a month that runs on your own LinkedIn account and can be driven by your own AI agent. Agency plans are $297 and $497. HeyReach is a multi sender LinkedIn platform at $79, $999 and $2,999 a month. HeyReach scales sending. SDR Pilot researches, decides, then talks.
HeyReach is the tool agencies buy when the constraint is volume across many LinkedIn accounts. SDR Pilot is the tool you buy when the constraint is that nobody is answering the replies and nobody is checking whether the person was worth contacting. If you need 50 senders sending tomorrow, HeyReach is a better fit and its pricing is designed for exactly that. If you need each sender to behave like a person who did their homework, this is the other trade.

HeyReach is genuinely the best shaped product on this page for an agency with a large roster. Twenty five senders on one $999 plan, a unified inbox across all of them, whitelabel included rather than promised, and an Unlimited tier that goes to 300 senders. If your business model is running outbound for many clients at volume, that maths is hard to beat and SDR Pilot does not try to beat it.
A HeyReach sender does what you told it. A SDR Pilot sender decides. Before any connection request, the profile is opened and read, then scored against the client's ideal customer profile, and most candidates are disqualified with a reason you can read. The 20 requests that do go out each cost a profile read. That is a different unit economics from a platform priced on sending capacity.
The second difference is the conversation. In HeyReach's unified inbox the replies from every sender arrive in one place, and someone on your team answers them. In SDR Pilot the agent answers, in minutes, from the client's own playbook, qualifies against the client's criteria, and hands over the thread when the lead is ready. For an agency that is the difference between hiring an inbox manager and not.
The third is sourcing. SDR Pilot works six LinkedIn sources on its own for every client: incoming connection requests, profile viewers, people who engage with the client's posts, posts in the client's niche, people search on the ICP, and the client's own connections. You are not maintaining a list per client.
Ten clients with one LinkedIn sender each costs $297 plus nine senders at $37, which is $630 a month, about $63 per client. Thirty senders on Agency Unlimited costs $497 plus twenty nine at $27, which is $1,280 a month, about $43 per sender. HeyReach's Agency plan is $999 a month and includes 25 senders, which is about $40 per sender with whitelabel included. On raw sending capacity HeyReach is competitive at scale. What the SDR Pilot number also buys is the research and the replies.
FAQFor a small roster, yes: $297 a month covers 10 client workspaces and extra senders are $37 each. For a large roster where the point is sending volume across 25 or more senders, HeyReach is built for that and includes whitelabel, which SDR Pilot has not built yet.
It depends on the roster. HeyReach lists Growth at $79 a month, Agency at $999 with 25 senders and Unlimited at $2,999. SDR Pilot is $97, $297 and $497 with extra senders at $47, $37 or $27. At ten clients SDR Pilot is cheaper, at twenty five senders HeyReach is. Prices checked 15 September 2026.
No. Each client workspace has its own inbox, playbook and ICP. The reason it matters less is that the agent answers the replies itself rather than queueing them for a human.
Not yet. Client workspaces are live on the Agency plans, which gives each client a separate login, playbook, ICP and inbox. Your own branding and domain on top of that is marked coming on the plan cards.

SDR Pilot is allow-listed, so there is no checkout and no free trial. Send a DM on LinkedIn, the agent answers, and your account is set up from there. Plans start at $97 a month for one LinkedIn sender.
